In the summer of 2012, while working as a food retail manager, he discovered a special mini baguette that sparked an irresistible idea. From a small apartment kitchen, Kitchenette was born—delivering fresh, cold breakfast sandwiches made with those perfectly baked mini baguettes.

Word spread quickly. Orders poured in. What started as a passion project became a fast-growing favorite among sandwich lovers.

Within months, the concept evolved into Miniguette—a brand with an all-day menu featuring hot and cold creations, served with the same quality and freshness that started it all.

Today, Miniguette is the number one online delivery brand, growing rapidly and earning its place as a rising star in fast-casual delivery and dining.
